My name is Yurie Adachi. I'm originally from Japan, lived in Australia and travelled all around the world till I settled down in Puglia, southern Italy. I'm your travel designer and organiser for Yoga Retreat in Puglia!

My life had many ups and down, you know, just like an normal girl in my age! When I had the last very down moment in Australia, I met Yoga. Just after, my life has changed 180 degree. To find something more deeper, find my core, I went to India in 2017. I got yoga teachers licence (RYT200), which was not my intention but I met so many great yogi from all around the world. I didn't become a yoga instructor after all, but after I came back to Puglia, I realised "this is it! This place can be the best place to practice Yoga" because of its nature based life, the cleanest air which we need for asana, healthy vegetable based cuisine compare to other Italian regions, the kindest people around with stress-less life. And so I would like to share this experience here in Puglia, with you. This is the story of my Yogi journey, and it has just began..!

南イタリアはプーリアに在住の足立友里絵と申します。日本で大学を卒業後、夢であったオーストラリアに移住。５つ星ホテルのマネージャー部署や有名レストランの店長として長いこと働いていました。ストレスが多く不規則な生活が続き、ついにアレルギー症状が出るようになりました。そんな２０１３年、友人からの進めでヨガに出会いました。ヨガ、そしてそれを囲むすべてのヨギーに助けられ、６ヶ月後にはアレルギー症状も減り、その後仕事も辞めヨガマットを持って旅に出ることに。２０１７年にはさらに知識を深めたくインドで１ヶ月ヨガ修行をし、そこでも素敵な人々に出会いました。結局インストラクターにはなりませんでしたが、ヨガを通じてもっと多くの人を繋げたい、その思いでプーリアでヨガを企画しました。プーリアには自然が多く、イタリアの田舎らしい素晴らしさがまだたくさん残っています。空気も澄んでいるので、たくさんのポジティブなエネルギーを体内に取り入れることもできます。私が健康な体を取り戻せたのもここプーリアのおかげ。そんな素晴らしさを皆さんにも是非見ていただきたいと思います。上級者でも始めたばかりの方でも、素敵なヨガリトリートそして新しい友人に出会える旅になりますように。
